Vallox collaborates with various vocational schools that offer teaching in ventilation. Students studying to become ventilation installers compete every year for the Finnish Champion title in the Taitaja competition. During Vallox’s anniversary year, the competition was held in Oulu and it could be followed virtually.
The professional competence of ventilation installers is of great importance to Vallox. Proper installation of the ventilation units, competent measuring of air volumes and careful implementation are important for the functionality of ventilation systems. Ultimately, we work together to breathe fresh and clean indoor air in our homes.
Vallox co-operates with educational institutions e.g. organizing training events. Events include e.g. familiarizing how to do measuring and adjusting of ventilation system, and getting acquainted with the latest technologies of Vallox ventilation units. Practical teaching situations have been arranged in the classrooms, on construction sites and at Vallox’s Loimaa factory.
-Today´s students quickly adopt, for example, the controlling and measuring of our ventilation system. For future professionals, it is as important as knowing how to construct the ventilation ducts, describes Vallox´s training manager Ali Aaltonen.
