
Vallox Oy grants all of its products a 24-month warranty, starting on the delivery date of the product. In warranty-related matters, contact the seller of the product in the first place. The seller will submit a complaint to the manufacturer.
The warranty covers manufacturing and structural faults and other faults and defects that appear during the warranty period and reduce the usability of the product. However, the warranty does not cover faults resulting from incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance or other wrong handling by the buyer.
To compensate for faults covered by the warranty, the seller must either refund the purchase price to the buyer after the buyer has returned the product, repair the product or replace the faulty product with a new one.
Any complaints must be delivered to the seller within 14 days of detecting the fault. It is absolutely forbidden to use a faulty product or a product suspected to be faulty. The seller is not liable for product damage occurring during transport.
