HVAC and electronics wholesale dealer Onninen has awarded Vallox the Best Trainer and Competence Developer of the Year Prize.
The award was presented by Markku Vauhkala, Category Director, and Jani Kakko, Product Line Director, and accepted by Markku Marttala, Sales Director at Vallox.

The awarding criteria included the systematic local and national development of the competence of Onninen’s sales team over years and even decades. By putting out energy-efficient solutions, Vallox has successfully responded to the needs of the green transition and provided Onninen’s staff with training on this topic specifically.
Vallox has been praised for its well-structured training programs. Training participants have rated highly the comprehensive content and clear presentation of Vallox’s training programs. Vallox’s training has also manifested as a positive development in sales. Vallox has helped Onninen’s competent staff upgrade the energy performance of the company and modernise the ventilation systems with more energy-efficient solutions.
