Because of our 50 years of history, you might already be familiar with Vallox products in your everyday life.
Today we produce housing ventilation products such as ventilation units, cooker hoods and fans, roof ventilators, Vallox Aito Kotilämpö air heating unit and Vallox BlueSKy air distribution system. Our products have a Key Flag -symbol. This mark recognises that our products are manufactured in Finland.
From 1971 to 1987 we manufactured products under the name Valmet. Valmet (abbr. Valtion Metallitehdas) had built a new factory in Loimaa 1971, because its facilities in Pansio had become too small for its purposes. The new factory in Loimaa specialized in manufacturing roof ventilators. A bit later in the 70´s we brought to market Kotilämpö air heating unit – predecessor for the current Vallox Aito Kotilämpö. During that period we also manufactures exhaust air pump Saituri and Valmet Vesitakka.
MUH Ilmava – also known from the TV
In the 80´s many houses in Finland had a MUH cooker hood or the brand new MUH Ilmava, the supply/exhaust air ventilation unit equipped with heat recovery. It is still the most sold ventilation unit in Finland. Product was also known from the TV as Hanakat supplier chain made a TV commercial for this legendary ventilation unit. The commercial can be watched in YouTube (point of time 2:21).
In 1987 our passion for fresh air continued under the name Vallox, as the management at that time bought the Valmet Loimaa factory.
Nowadays Vallox is known both in Finland and abroad
Innovations and constant product development are the key elements of making durable and high-quality products. Today, the newest technology of 2020´s is included in MyVallox ventilation units: they contain automatic featured that can adjust the ventilation when needed – automaticly. The unit can also be controlled anytime and anywhere by using the MyVallox Cloud service. Today we focus both on energy efficiency and sound features of our products.
