Onninen, familiar to many as a wholeseller in the technical field, promises to deliver all stock products for customer the next day. -Vallox products have always been of top quality and they are made in Finland. When you think about modern MyVallox ventilation units, they include everything a user needs: easy control and integrated humidity and carbon dioxide sensors, that automate ventilation. It means that there is not much the end user needs to worry about. Just change the filters!

-I hope situation with Covid-19 will allow us to continue with these trainings soon. The participants have praised these trainings a lot.
Kankaala recalls one particular case as a success of customer service. It happened when Vallox informed that manufacturing of Digit 2 will end. After the news Onninen ordered a lot of products to be able to serve their customers.
-Digit 2 had been designed for many buildings, so we knew it was a product that would sell. I remember one particular customer that contacted us after he had installed the ceiling mounting plates but could not find Digit 2 anywhere. Fortunately we had them and the customer was happy! Afterwards this customer came to thank me personally in a fair and eventually he became our long term customer.
