Our management group listens to the personnel
One of Vallox’s values is Appreciation and respect. It means that we work together for a common goal across organisational boundaries. Vallox is an employer that respects people and listens to its employees. Employee satisfaction is measured regularly with the eNPS survey and a more extensive employee survey. The survey results are reviewed by the management and they serve as a basis for development and improvement.
Finnish work
Finnish Work has granted Vallox ventilation units and cooker hoods the Key Flag Symbol
Vallox ventilation units are designed and, for the most part, manufactured at our own factory in Loimaa, Finland. We use Finnish components and subcontractors whenever possible. The Key Flag Symbol granted by Finnish Work shows that the products have been designed and manufactured in Finland and they generate jobs in Finland.
Supporting local youths through sponsorships
Vallox strives to be a responsible corporate citizen, and this is the mainstay of our sponsorship schemes and a guiding principle in our decision-making. In addition to increasing awareness of our brand, the objective of our sponsorship schemes is to build a positive brand image among our stakeholders and boost our business activities through them. Especially with regard to local cooperation agreements, we focus on social responsibility and aim to support the vitality of our domicile alongside financial gain. We want to keep the Finnish environment clean and promote a healthy lifestyle in particular among children and young people. We believe it is important that our partners also promote social responsibility in our society.
Vallox has a long history of investing in safety at work
Vallox has a four-person occupational health and safety committee that aims to improve the occupational safety of all Vallox employees. We have been working on occupational safety for a long time and we have even been recognised for our efforts. But the job is not done, and we are constantly striving for more.
