Vallox X-Line PTXPA is a hood range designed for the adjustment of dwelling-specific ventilation in small houses (terraced and detached houses). The hoods feature a fixed glass, dishwasher-proof grease filter and efficient light. With the Vallox X-Line PTXPA cooker hood, you can control dwelling-specific ventilation units, roof fans or air heating units equipped with AC fans. The PTXPA hoods have a timer damper and forced control, i.e. they do not have an on/off switch.
In addition to cooking smell removal, the hood range is designed for adjusting the fan speed of the ventilation unit. When serving as the controller of the ventilation unit, the damper of the control hood is normally closed and the ventilation efficiency is in normal mode. When you want to boost ventilation during cooking, for example, the damper is opened. This increases the extract air flow in the kitchen When the damper is closed, ventilation is boosted in other parts of the home.
If the control hood controls the roof fan, the damper prevents cold air from flowing down when the roof fan is switched off.
Vallox X-Line PTXPA is wall-mounted. It is available in white colour in standard widths of 500 and 600 mm.
The hoods are manufactured in Loimaa, Finland.

In ventilation units, the type plate can be found on the inner wall of the unit. In cooker hoods, the type plate can be found either at the bottom of the hood or behind the grease filter. In MyVallox ventilation units, the type code can also be found on MyVallox control, in the Unit information menu.
