In a powder coating line, it is important to do every step of the job carefully. In order for the paint surface to be smooth, every part must be placed on the track in the correct position, and ensure that the whole preparation process is done well.
Milla Tamminen, who works at Vallox, likes her job because she gets to move around and do many different tasks during the workday. She also thinks it is important to be able to constantly learn new things and develop old skills.
