Customer service is often the first encounter with a company, and so it is with Vallox. Many of our clients get their first contact with Vallox through customer service coordinators Anu Kataja, Jatta Suominen, Sirpa Palo and Linda Viipuri.
Team members’ combined working years at Vallox are an amazing 70 years. In addition to customer service, Anu and Jatta have experience in Vallox sales and exports, and Sirpa has worked in the accounting department. Linda, who also has a lot of experience in customer service, has worked at Vallox for over a year. She has already learned a lot about ventilation and HVAC.
“We receive and process orders to the ERP system. We respond to the customers’ inquiries and help them with their orders. And of course, we give information about our products,” Linda lists the team’s responsibilities. “We also welcome all our guests to Vallox.”
According to the team members, the best aspects of working as a customer service coordinator are helping the customers and the variety of work. “One could imagine that all possible questions have already been asked many times, but in reality, the clients’ different situations make the work challenging and varied – every day,” Sirpa says. “It is motivating when the customers get the help they need and I know that I have succeeded at my work,” Jatta considers the joys of working in the b-to-b customer interface.
“This is an interesting field of industry. Continuous learning of new things and great colleagues make this work very rewarding. ”adds Anu.
Jatta, who has worked at Vallox for the longest, points out that Vallox has always been a developing company. “The common thread has always existed: that is, better indoor air quality for homes.”
