Easy remote control of ventilation online

MyVallox Cloud is a cloud service for the remote online control of MyVallox ventilation units. You may use MyVallox Cloud with your phone, tablet or computer anywhere, when your device is connected to the internet. MyVallox Cloud runs on a browser, so there is no need to install any application on your phone. The service is free and available to private home owners and professionals in charge of building technology in housing companies.

How to register your ventilation unit in the MyVallox Cloud service

You register in the MyVallox Cloud service via MyVallox Home on your home network. MyVallox Home is a browser-based program for the setup and control of the ventilation unit over your home network.

Registering in the cloud service requires the ventilation unit to be connected to the router via a LAN cable and subsequently to the internet. Registration also includes creating a MyVallox Cloud account.

Study ventilation data

In the MyVallox Cloud service, you can view the data collected regarding the operation of the ventilation unit. The cloud service continuously collects air quality history data, including the humidity and carbon dioxide levels of the air. You can also use the cloud service to conveniently monitor the indoor air temperature and change the ventilation settings, anytime and anywhere.

A remote connection to technical support is helpful if problems arise

If the ventilation unit goes to error mode, the Vallox technical support team or an authorised service centre can establish a remote connection to the ventilation unit, subject to the user’s permission. The problem can then be solved more easily and faster. Remote test runs and self-testing of the unit can also be performed remotely.

Automatic update of units registered in the cloud service

A ventilation unit registered in the MyVallox Cloud service is automatically updated to the latest software version. This ensures that our newest features are always available to you straight away.
