Vallox Pureo f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden i Norrk\u00f6ping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ragn-Sells placerade en tillf\u00e4llig anl\u00e4ggning p\u00e5 den svenska \u00f6stkusten n\u00e4ra Norrk\u00f6ping. Ragn-Sells \u00e4r ett k\u00e4nt avfallshanteringsbolag som satsar stort p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbar utveckling och cirkul\u00e4r ekonomi. Det finns fyra byggnader vid anl\u00e4ggningen: tv\u00e5 kontorsbyggnader, ett bilgarage och ett stort t\u00e4lt d\u00e4r man jobbar. F\u00f6retaget uppt\u00e4ckte snabbt att det b\u00f6r finna en l\u00f6sning p\u00e5 ett problem som p\u00e5verkar det dagliga arbetet: t\u00e4ltet har ingen ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Varf\u00f6r Vallox?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

T\u00e4ltet i Ragn-Sells tempor\u00e4ra anl\u00e4ggning hade ingen ventilation. Luftkvaliteten b\u00f6rjade bli ett verkligt problem. De som jobbar i t\u00e4ltet ber\u00e4ttade att inomhusluften i t\u00e4ltet \u00e4r tung och unken, och s\u00e4rskilt under l\u00e5nga skiften hade de sv\u00e5rt att koncentrera sig. F\u00f6retaget hade inte ursprungligen planerat ha mekanisk ventilation, men det blev snart klart att n\u00e5got m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ventilation & Energioptimering AB kom f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa. Ventilationsbolaget samarbetade med Jan Mellstr\u00f6m och Anders Sterling p\u00e5 LTS Products AB och tillsammans besl\u00f6t de att Vallox Pureo TX 500-aggregatet var l\u00f6sningen. Beslutet fattades p\u00e5 basis av Vallox Pureo TX 500-aggregatets m\u00e5nga egenskaper, som till exempel anslutningsdonet ovanp\u00e5 kanalstosarna och plattv\u00e4rmev\u00e4xlaren som \u00e4r ett viktigt element n\u00e4r man talar om utrymmet som kan inneh\u00e5lla damm och gaser som uppkommer i hanteringen av avfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen var omedelbar efter installationen. Kvaliteten p\u00e5 inomhusluften i t\u00e4ltet f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrades m\u00e4rkbart och personalen gav positiv respons.<\/p>\n\n\n

F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen fr\u00e5n ett t\u00e4lt utan ventilation till ett utrymme med en modern och effektiv luftbehandling var betydlig. Vallox Pureo TX 500 gjorde det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r medarbetarna att arbeta i en mer h\u00e4lsosam milj\u00f6 och bibeh\u00e5lla effektiviteten. I ett fysiskt kr\u00e4vande arbete \u00e4r luftkvaliteten avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att man ska orka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projektet visade ocks\u00e5 hur viktigt det \u00e4r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljaren sj\u00e4lv bes\u00f6ker arbetsplatsen. N\u00e4r det \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om en helt ny produkt kan det uppst\u00e5 m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor om installationen och det \u00e4r mycket l\u00e4ttare att ta st\u00e4llning till dem p\u00e5 plats och st\u00e4lle. \u201dN\u00e4r man sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats kan man snabbt ge tips och l\u00f6sa problem som uppkommer vid installationen av produkten. Allt finns ju inte alltid med i instruktionerna\u201d, s\u00e4ger Jan Mellstr\u00f6m p\u00e5 LTS Products AB som samordnade projektet lokalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6retagen f\u00f6r nu diskussioner om att installera fyra Pureo-aggregat i liknande tempor\u00e4ra anl\u00e4ggningar om det h\u00e4r pilotprojektet visar sig fungera bra p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre sikt. F\u00f6r Ragn-Sells inneb\u00e4r det en b\u00e4ttre kvalitet p\u00e5 inomhusluften som gagnar f\u00f6retaget p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt, bland annat som b\u00e4ttre arbetss\u00e4kerhet och eventuellt till och med mindre sjukfr\u00e5nvaron.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

St\u00f6det fr\u00e5n Vallox var till stor hj\u00e4lp under projektet. Jarkko Nyg\u00e5rd kom till och med sj\u00e4lv till platsen f\u00f6r att ge Jan och mig r\u00e5d. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kunde vi smidigt \u00f6verl\u00e5ta objektet.<\/p>\n
