Bonava Latvija SIA built a residential complex of three apartment buildings in Riga, Latvia. The ventilation quality of these 190 apartments is ensured by Vallox 096 MV ventilation units.<\/h2>\n\n\n

The buildings are located in Ziepniekkalns, one of Riga\u2019s microneighborhoods. Ziepniekkalns is a green residential area in Riga on the left bank of the Daugava River. It is ideally suited for modern families who want to live close to the city center while enjoying daily peace and quiet, proximity to nature, and a diverse cultural life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All 190 apartments in the buildings are equipped with Vallox 096 MV ventilation units. In addition, six Vallox 145 MV units and two Vallox 096 MV units have been installed in the basement areas.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

From both a customer service and warranty perspective, their objective was clear: to ensure reliable performance throughout the entire lifecycle of the buildings and to reduce unnecessary after-sales maintenance. Vallox ventilation units were chosen as part of this overall approach to support Bonava\u2019s quality standards not only at the handover stage, but also in everyday life long after residents have moved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Bonava, Vallox systems support construction quality and enhance the ongoing use of the buildings by promoting durability, low maintenance needs, and overall resident satisfaction.
