In 2021, we have celebrated Vallox\u2019s 50-year history. The 50 stories, published during the anniversary year, convey the interesting history and today\u2019s versatility of Vallox ventilation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leading company in dwelling specific ventilation, today known as Vallox, began its operation as Valmet’s Loimaa plant in 1971. This year has marked the full 50 years since its inception. Over the years, the manufacturing of ventilation products and the company’s entire operations have developed by big leaps. Many partners and customers have accompanied this journey \u2013 as well as, of course, our own skilled staff. Through these 50 anniversary stories, we have wanted to give voice to those who have been part of our half-century journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the stories, we have gotten to know our important resellers, wholesalers, importers, constructors, subcontractors and many other different partners with whom Vallox, as a company, takes forward the joy of ventilation. Many thanks to all those parties and individuals who took their time to share their Vallox story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special thanks are due to Vallox seniors Markku M\u00e4enp\u00e4\u00e4, Rauno M\u00e4kel\u00e4, Olavi Suominen, Juha Suonsivu and Erkki Marjasto<\/strong>, who shared their memories of the past decades. Along these memories, information about the history of our company is passed on to the future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some of the stories, we\u2019ve presented the current Vallox people, whose handprint is visible in our products: product design, powder coating line, assembly line, shipping, sales, finance team, human resources, and so on. While making the stories, all Vallox people were clearly united by two themes above the others: proudness of being \u201cValloxian\u201d and reaching for the best possible outcome. In their day-to-day work, they implement our values which were recorded during the anniversary year. Thank you for throwing yourself openly to tell us about your own work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anniversary stories are complemented by the company history \u201cTy\u00f6mme on yhteinen\u201d (Our Work Is Common) published in Finnish in the autumn of 2021. It takes a more closely look at how Vallox has evolved from Valmet’s assembly unit to a modern and efficient product development and production center. The book can be borrowed from the Louna<\/a>, Piki<\/a>, Vaski<\/a> and Loisto<\/a> libraries in Finland, as well as from the Free Copy Libraries operating in connection with Finland\u00b4s universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also intended to celebrate our 50th anniversary, but the event – like many other events – was postponed due to corona pandemic. We hope that next summer we will toast for the first 50 years of Vallox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks again to all our customers, partners and staff. Together we will bring fresh air to the homes also for the next 50 years!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
