General sponsoring principles at Vallox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These instructions define the general sponsoring practices at Vallox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goals of sponsoring<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The main goals of sponsoring at Vallox are increasing awareness about us, promoting a positive image among our stakeholders and, consequently, supporting our business. Our goal is also to be a responsible corporate citizen. We want the Finnish environment to remain clean, and we want to support a healthy lifestyle, particularly in children and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within these goals, Vallox signs co-operation agreements of two different levels, in addition to which small-scale support in the form of product donations may be granted with discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-operation agreements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

National- or international-level co-operation agreements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vallox has one or two national- or international-level <\/strong>co-operation agreements in place at the same time. We may sponsor sports or cultural activities. The agreements signed with national- or international-level partners and the activities associated with the agreements must be in line with Vallox\u2019 goals concerning sponsoring. The agreements and the activities included in them are subject to annual review. However, at this level, we aim for long-term co-operation (three years or more).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local co-operation agreements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In addition to national- and international-level agreements, Vallox may sponsor local <\/strong>sports clubs, associations or other similar sports or cultural efforts in Loimaa<\/strong> within the annual budget. Individual sports athletes must also represent a local (Loimaa-based) club or association. Vallox employees who compete in individual sports at the Finnish Championship level may be sponsored locally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local co-operation agreements are more closely associated with corporate social responsibility than sales promotion. Local sponsoring is aimed at non-profit efforts, and sponsorship decisions are made for one year at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At our discretion, we may grant support in the form of product donations to local non-profit organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
