Built for the Oulu Housing Fair 2025, Huvilainen is the dreamhouse of Annika Karjalainen and Aleksi Lappalainen \u2013 a modern home designed to accommodate the residents for years to come.<\/p>\n

Designed around the principles of energy efficiency, sustainability and quality, the modern home brings a touch of luxury to everyday life.<\/p>\n

By the sea in Verkkosaari, Helsinki, an 81-apartment residential building named Verkkosaaren Laudus is under construction as part of the City of Helsinki\u2019s Re-Thinking Urban Housing programme. The building utilises advanced energy technologies.<\/p>\n

Alar P\u00f6ldmaa, Production Manager at HeatSons Oy, the company responsible for the project\u2019s HVAC work, tell us about the building and its ventilation solutions. \u201cVallox has been our main equipment supplier for years, and we have only good things to say about them.
